THE AIROSPHERE’ POLICIES:
Waiver
We require that everyone fills out a waiver before entering the activity area. For minors a Waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Socks
Airosphere Socks are required for all Inflatable Park participants. Socks must have no holes and be in clean condition. Airosphere Socks are $3 and could be purchased at the front desk.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds can be granted for any tickets purchased online, or security deposits for events. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once tickets are purchased your jump time can not be changed.
Booking Deposit
A nonrefundable security deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking a birthday party, or group event, or facility rental. This deposit is required to hold your booking date & time, and applies to the total cost of your event. At the time of the booking the balance shown is an estimate only, final payment is due at conclusion of event. You are welcome to add food and other event goods. Gratuities for staff are NOT included in cost. Liability forms, signed by a parent or legal guardian, and socks are required to use the facility. We ask that the waiver is signed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Before finalizing a booking and by making a payment for the security deposit, a customer agree to the conditions of the security deposit and cancelation policy:
If a party is cancelled with less than 7 days advance notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If the party is canceled more than 7 days prior to the party start date, your deposit will be transferred to another party booked within the next three months. There is a $75 rescheduling fee ($250 for private events). If you cancel the party with less than a 72-hour notice, we will work with you to find another date and time to host your party or you will forfeit the full deposit. If you choose to reschedule your party and cancel at a later date you will forfeit the full deposit.
Memberships/ Seasonal Passes
Each Membership/ Pass is associated with one person. Cannot be shared, prorated or refunded. Available when jump hours open for public.
Inclement Weather & Other ‘Force Majeure’ Policy
The safety of our customers and staff is very important to us. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe health conditions The Airosphere may close early, or ordered to close by governing authorities. In the event of a closure there will be website and/or social media posts on Facebook announcing the details. If we are open and you have purchased online jump tickets, or have a party or event scheduled with us, and you choose not to attend due to inclement weather or other reasons, you forfeit your tickets/ security deposit.
Inflatable Safety Rules
At The Airosphere, safety is our top priority. We have setup a quality control procedure to inspect inflatables before it is open for public use. We follow all major inflatable safety standards of S.I.O.T.O. (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization). We are also trained and certified inflatable safety operators. By entering the Inflatable area you agree to follow the following rules:
- Maximum weight is 250 lb.
- All Inflatables are physically challenging. Any person with a health impairment, disease, high blood pressure, back, neck or other bone/joint problems, or any other conditions that might cause problems when physically challenged should not be allowed in any of our inflatables.
- Absolutely NO Pushing, Hitting, or Horseplay of any kind is allowed while on the inflatables.
- No shoes, eyeglasses, belts, jewelry, or any sharp objects.
- No using silly string or confetti on, near, or in the inflatable.
- No food, drinks, candy, gum, animals, no face paint, toys, trinkets, or other objects.
- No putting baby oil, soap, or any other substances on the inflatable.
- No climbing on netting.
- No flips, diving, piling, wrestling, drop kicks, rough play, or bodily contact of any kind.
- No running or jumping onto or off of the inflatable. No playing on the entrance step.
- No jumping, diving, or flipping down the slide. No climbing on or running up the slide. Riders must go down feet-first in a seated position, one-at-a-time.
- Do not slide down until the landing area is clear of other riders.
- Participants should not sit or lay down while others are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child.
- No pregnant, physically or mentally impaired, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that would prevent participation.
- Do not hang from the rim of the basketball hoop if the unit has one. This will cause damage to the unit.
- For Wrecking Ball unit: Do not hang on the ball or rope holding the ball. This will cause damage to the unit.
- For Cliff Jump unit:
- only One (1) jumper at a time;
- DO NOT jump until previous jumper has exited the air bag;
- Aim for target when jumping & only facing forward;
- Flips, somersaults, diving, overhead jumps, backwards jumps, rough play is strictly prohibited !!!
- Avoid “dives” & “pencil” dives and DO NOT land on your head/ neck!
- Land on your back or button on the air bag;
- Jump legs in front, extended out as if seated on a recliner, arms extended out to the side and not underneath;
- exit immediately after landing to avoid collision with the next jumper;
- Toddler Ticket for 5 y.o. & under includes Toddler Zone and Main Arena. Toddlers can play by themselves in the designated Airo Toddler Zone, otherwise a paid adult must accompany toddler to the Main Arena for safety.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNING RULES MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK!
