Where can I purchase a Gift Certificate?
Here online.
Do I get a physical gift card?
Our Gift Certificates are done electronically.  Instantly you will get an email with electronic receipt and Sales ID Number for redemption at the Park. Another email will be sent with the actual Gift number, or multiple numbers, if more than 1 is purchased.
What if I want to get a Printable Gift Certificate?

Absolutely! Let us know in “Comments” section if you want us email you an actual colorful printable Gift Certificate in PDF format to be presented via email, or to be printed out. It might take up to 24 hours, or let us know by when you need it, and we will do our best to email it to you ASAP. Our communication will be emailed from info@TheAirosphere.com. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Can I just provide the Gift Certificate number to the person of honor for her/him to use it?
Yes, a Gift Certificate number would be sufficient for redemption at the Park.
Also, you can print the Gift Certificate Code on any certificate of your choice to gift!

How to redeem a Gift Certificate?
Please bring the Gift Certificate to the Park for redemption.

To avoid spam filters from Corporations or Educational Institutions please provide a PERSONAL email address to ensure receipt of the Gift Certificate.
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate for certain tickets, or in selected value?
Gift Certificates can be purchased in selected values.  The value of the gift could be added to your recipient's account (they will create one upon redemption if they don't already have one!).  They can then use the balance of the gift card as they choose- any balance not used upon purchase will remain in their account until their next visit.
Can I redeem my Gift Certificate for my party reservation?
Absolutely! Let us know in advance to properly handle it for you!
